About the Event
Asian Girls Run ESEA Wellness Event will take place on Wednesday, 24th of September 6:30PM.
This will be hosted by 640East Cafe in Canary Wharf and so far will include a 5k run (all levels) followed by a pilates stretch and finish at the cafe for Malaysian food and a community celebration. I am also considering highlighting a few of our East Asian cultural figures and speaking about this year's ESEA Heritage month topic, "Reframing Resilience".
