Agenda

13:30-14:15 Yoga

Begin your afternoon with a rejuvenating yoga session led by Rebecca, a passionate yogi and financial services professional who proudly identifies as second-generation ESEA. This session will focus on movement and mindfulness to promote mental health.

14:15-14:45 Refreshments and Connecting

Take a break to enjoy refreshments and conversation with fellow young professionals, fostering connections within the ESEA community and our supporters.

14:45-15:45 Managing mental wellness in this changing season of life

Ever felt stuck when trying to talk to your ESEA parents about mental health? Wondering if what happened to you at work is normal? Learn from an expert panel of mental health professionals about the challenges specific to ESEA young professionals who are living and working in the UK. Join us in embracing shared experiences, and be empowered with practical strategies to look after your mental wellbeing.

Don’t miss this opportunity to close out ESEA Heritage Month with reflection, learning, and community building. Pop this in your calendar and we look toward to welcoming you!

About aloe mental health

Just like any work relationship, the one that you have with your therapist should be trusting, respectful and effective. But it is hard to know if what someone has written online actually matches who they are.

aloe is a new mental health app (“Hinge but to find your therapist”) that makes it easier to get a sense of what a therapist would be like to work with. We want to help young professionals from all backgrounds to find the right therapist for them, because we know that therapy is personal.

Connect with aloe on Instagram @aloe.mentalhealth or join us at www.myaloeapp.com.
