About the Event
Celestial Peach AKA Jenny Lau is taking over Rouge one Sunday every month and East Asian Girl Gang wants to join in! Buy your tickets from Eventbrite.
Jenny will be serving a £20 fixed price vegan menu - details below (images are approximate only). The meal is a "Rice & 3" offering based around a slow-braised lou mei 滷味: vegan delicacies like tofu knots, dried mushrooms and lotus root that soak up an umami master stock full of Chinese herbs and spices.
Friends of the Teahouse, mui zyu, will play two stripped back lo-fi sets at 12 midday and 1.30pm. In between we will have phambinho, AKA Cường Minh Bá Phạm, playing some vintage Vietnamese records and Eva & Lucci from mui zyu have lined up a 150-hour video game music playlist.
